Grenergy Renovables agrees the sale of 150 MW of solar assets in Spain

Grenergy Renovables has agreed to sell 100% of its 150MW Belinchón solar PV plant in Cuenca (Spain) to a European IPP. 

The transaction is valued at EUR83 million (US$90.85 million). As reported to the Spanish market regulator (CNMV), the deal is expected to be completed before the year-end 2023 subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.

Grenergy plans to use the proceeds obtained to continue promoting its strategic growth plan in the three regions in which it is present -Europe, the US, and Latin America- that includes energy storage.
