Grenergy has completed the sale of its 11 solar photovoltaic PMGD (Small Means of Distributed Generation) plants in Chile to the international fund InterEnergy Holdings for a total consideration of USD66.5 million.
The projects are located in the regions of Coquimbo, Metropolitana, O ́Higgins and Valparaíso and have been developed by Grenergy. It has a combined capacity of 51 MW peak. The facilities were the first PMGD with structured financing under the Stabilized Price regime in Chile.
