Green Genius and Sequoia Investment Management Company Limited, acting as investment advisors for Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited, reached a PLN175 million (US$35.6 million) deal to finance the construction of 66 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in Poland.
Green Genius intends to finish building the 66 MW plants by the beginning of 2023. It is the first debt financing between Sequoia and Green Genius.
Since 2019, Green Genius has completed three solar PV projects in Poland with a total capacity of 128.1 MW.
