Green Arrow, Lazzari & Lucchini Group (L&L) enter deal to acquire 70% stake in 55 MW wind portfolio in Italy
Green Arrow Capital (GAC) has entered into an agreement with the Lazzari & Lucchini Group (L&L) for the acquisition of a 55 MW onshore wind portfolio located in Italy.
The wind portfolio consists of five projects that have been in operation since 2022 through GAC's Green Arrow Infrastructure of the Future fund. Green Arrow has also closed an agreement to acquire two ready-to-build wind farms in the south of Italy. The two projects are expected to be operational by 2024.
