Gasum Oy has signed a 10-year PPA with ABO Wind Oy for the output of the 40 MW wind project located in Kestilän Kokkoneva, in North Ostrobothnia, Finland.
Gasum will acquire around 100 GWh of energy a year and will begin to sell renewable wind power produced in North Ostrobothnia to its customers starting in 2023.
The project features 9 units of Nordex N149 turbines with a total output capacity of around 40 megawatts built by ABO Wind Oy and planned to be commissioned in 2022.
ABO Wind Oy is a subsidiary of ABO Wind AG, which initiates wind and solar projects, acquires site locations, organises all technical and business planning, arranges international bank financing, delivers turnkey wind farms and solar parks.
