Infracapital, AMP Capital divest Adven to institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan

Infracapital, the infrastructure equity investment arm of M&G Plc, and AMP Capital have agreed the sale of their combined ownership interest in Adven to institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Adven is a company that provides energy solutions and district heating. It offers products including industrial steam and refrigeration, heating, cooling solutions, gas, electricity, and other energy products required by customers. Adven serves customers throughout Finland and Estonia.
