Elgin Energy and Foresight Group have set up a joint venture (JV) to develop a pipeline of greenfield solar projects across the UK.
The joint venture aims to develop six projects located in England, Wales, and Scotland, with a total generating capacity of 200 MW.
Carntyne acted as Elgin Energy’s financial advisor in the deal, while legal counsel was provided by MKB Law. Osborne Clarke was the legal advisor of Foresight.
