F2i launches sale of minority stake in EF Solare Italia

Italian private equity firm F2i SGR SpA has launched the sale of a 30% minority stake in the EF Solare Italia.

EF Solare Italia owns solar assets in Italy with a combined capacity of more than 850 MW. The unit was formerly a joint venture of F2i and Enel SpA until the former has acquired the latter's stake in December 2018.

F2i has commissioned Rothschild for the sale.
