TerniEnergia has finalized the divestment of four photovoltaic plants in Italy with a total installed capacity of around 4.1 MW. The plants involved in the transaction were sold to Italia T1 Roncolo, headed by Mareccio Energia, in partnership with LCF Alliance.

The total price for the sale of the plants is equal to approximately EUR4.1 (US$4.55) million. TerniEnergia will obtain approximately EUR3.6 (US$4) million net.

The transaction also provides for the assumption by the buyers of financial debts related to the plants for about EUR6.5 (US$7.3) million.

TerniEnergia was assisted by Grimaldi Studio Legale as a legal advisor and by EnVent Capital Markets as a financial advisor. Italia T1 Roncolo S.r.l. and LCF Alliance were assisted by Rödl & Partner as a legal advisor.
