Sonnedix takes over 5.9 MW solar portfolio in Apulia region

Sonnedix, an independent solar power producer (IPP), has acquired a portfolio of 6 solar PV plants, with a combined capacity of 6 MW, from Fondo PPP (managed by Fondaco SGR, advised by Equiter).

The fixed tilt and biaxial solar plants are all located in the Apulia region.

For this transaction, Sonnedix was advised by Legance (Legal), Netplan Italia (Technical) and RSM Studio Palea Lauri Gerla (Tax). The sellers were advised by Prothea (Financial), Herbert Smith Freehills (Legal) and REA (Technical).
