Ellomay Capital Ltd is set to launch the sale of an Italian solar photovoltaic portfolio with a combined capacity of 22.6 MW for a total consideration of about EUR39 million (US$43 million).
The company has disclosed that there was no guarantee about a definitive agreement for the sale of the solar portfolio. The sale requires approval from third parties.
