SR Investimenti has acquired 9 rooftop solar photovoltaic plants from Building Energy’s Milan-based division.
The 9 PV plants are located in Lombardy, Marche and Emilia-Romagna regions, and have a total combined capacity of 7.5 MW. The portfolio, built and managed by Building Energy, is active since 2012. As part of the deal, the O&M subsidiary of Building Energy, Homes, will continue offering its services to the plants.
In this transaction, Prothea supported the seller as financial advisor. The buyer was represented by Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners (GOP) as legal advisor, Ernst & Young as financial and tax advisors, Moroni & Partners as technical advisor, and Wide Group for insurance matters.
