KGAL in three-way solar PPA for its 53 MW solar power plant in Italy

KGAL has signed a power purchase agreement for a 53 MW Italian solar PV park with steelmaker ORI Martin via Swiss trader DXT Commodities. The solar plant is expected to be completed in the second half of 2020.

DTX Commodities will be purchasing 95 GWh per year generated from the solar park under a fixed-price power purchase agreement (PPA), then sell the electricity to Ori Martin.
