Enery Power Holding has signed a senior term loan and revolving credit facilities agreement from Erste Group to finance the acquisition of an 81 MW renewable energy portfolio in Romania. The details of the financing were not disclosed.

Enery finalized the acquisition from Jade Power Trust in November 2022; now the company currently has an operating capacity of 273 MW in Romania. The portfolio bought consists of two wind farms in Dobrogea, two solar PV parks, and two mini hydroelectric power plants.

Together with its Romanian affiliate Banca Comerciala Romana SA (BCR), Erste Group arranged the 11-year credit facility. BCR also served as a facility, security agency, and account bank.
