CCE Holding, a joint venture between Clean Capital Energy and enernovum, together with Ärzteversorgung Thüringen, is planning to start the construction of eight solar photovoltaic projects in Romania by the end of 2023.
CCE has secured the final construction permit for the construction of the 40 MW Horia plant that will be located in the northwestern county of Arad, one of the eight solar PV projects. The Horia plant will have up to 75,000 high-performance photovoltaic modules that can generate enough power for the consumption of about 17,000 homes.
The construction of the Horia solar PV project is expected to start in 2023 with targeted commissioning by the end of 2024.
