Erova Energy has signed a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Greencoat for its 72 MW Braes of Doune Wind Farm project located in Stirlingshire, Scotland, UK.
The wind project has been in operation since June 2007. Included in the signed agreement is the balancing management of the plant of which Erova, acting as the Lead Party, will manage the day-to-day market access, forecasting, and balancing of the wind farm.
The project is supported under the Renewable Obligation Scheme which Greencoat will manage independently.
