Energia Naturalis (ENNA), an energy and logistics group in Croatia, has completed the purchase of additional 2,848 ordinary shares of port operator Luka Ploce.
The deal represents the controlling stakes in the Luka Ploce. Prior to the acquisition of new share, ENNA owns 105,514 ordinary shares representing 24.95% interest in the company. With the additional purchased stakes, ENNA now holds 25.62% of the voting rights and is obliged to publish a bid for the takeover of the remaining 314,065 shares.
ENNA is involved in various sectors including distribution and supply of natural gas, trading in oil products, renewable energy sources, spreading all the way to information technology, transport and investments.
