Eni starts commercial operation of 263 MW Golden Buckle Solar Project in Texas

Eni, through its Benefit Corporation (Società Benefit) Plenitude, has started the commercial operation of the 263 MW Golden Buckle Solar Project located at Brazoria County in Texas, USA. 

The facility is installed on about 600 hectares of land and is designed to generate up to 500 GWh of clean energy per year. The project has contracted a long-term power purchase agreement with Target Corporation. 

The plant development was carried out with the support of Novis Renewables, LLC, a partnership between Eni New Energy US, Inc. and Renantis North America, Inc., which is exclusive to the US and dedicated to the development of solar, wind, and storage projects.
