Energiekontor divests 11.4 MW wind project in Hesse

MPC Capital AG has acquired the 11.4 MW Heringen-Philippsthal wind farm project located in Hesse, Germany from Energiekontor AG.

The project is expected to produce approximately 30 GWh of energy per year in its first full year of operation, equivalent of covering an average annual electricity demand of around 10,000 families.

The Heringen-Philippsthal project is currently under construction. The completion is scheduled for the first half of 2023. Energiekontor AG will assume commercial and technical management of the park following commissioning.
