Enel to complete takeover of Eletropaulo through the remaining shares

Enel Brasil, a unit of Enel Group, is set to complete the takeover of the Brazilian distribution company Enel SP, formerly known as Eletropaulo, through the acquisition of the remaining stakes it does not own in the company. 

Enel will acquire up to 8.13 million common shares of Eletropaulo, which corresponds to about 4.056% of the share capital of the company. The offer is priced to be BRL45.22 (US$10.79).

Enel intends to delist Eletropaulo from the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) and cancel its public registration.
