Empresa Nacional del Petroleo (ENAP) has commissioned the 10.35 MW Vientos Patagónicos Wind Farm in Chile, following the tests scheduled on July 2.
The Vientos Patagónicos wind farm entails the installation of three 69-meter turbines, each with a capacity of 3.45 MW. The facility, located north of the city of Punta Arenas in Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica, is expected to generate enough electricity to supply 15,000 households.
