Emeren Group Ltd has announced its divestment of a 29 MW portfolio of 6 rooftop distributed generation (DG) projects in Henan province, China to CNNP Rich Energy Company.
The bundle includes six photovoltaic (PV) schemes and is part of Emeren's strategy to focus on five coastal provinces in China with favorable power prices and a robust economy. Financial details of the agreement have not been disclosed yet.
