DAH Solar has announced the launch of an integrated photovoltaic (PV) system for residential applications. The turnkey solution can be connected to the grid through a plug-in connection, making it suitable for balconies. The system utilizes the company’s “Full-Screen PV Modules,” which are available with power outputs of up to 550 W and a conversion efficiency rating of up to 21.3%. The panels come with 3.2mm anti-reflective glass and an IP68 enclosure, with a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.

The micro-inverters used in the system have a high-efficiency rating of up to 97.2% and a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) efficiency of 99.95%. The device measures 412mm × 97mm × 42.5mm and weighs 1.8 kW. The kits can reach a maximum size of 2,279mm × 1,134 mm × 32mm and a maximum weight of up to 59.8 kg. The PV Modules and micro-inverters come integrated, leaving the factory as a single piece for flexibility in installation.

The Full-Screen PV Module and micro-inverter are integrated with the energy communication unit (ECU), which communicates with the micro-inverters through the power line communication (PLC) system. This allows the remote monitoring of the PV system, in addition to enabling the system to be remotely turned off by electrical devices such as smartphones and PCs.

DAH Solar also operates a 2 GW solar panel factory based in Hefei, in China's Anhui province.
