Sembcorp concludes acquisition of 795 MW solar PV projects in Hebei

Sembcorp Industries has finalized the acquisition of three solar projects with a combined capacity of 795 MW from BEI Energy Development (Beijing) Co. Ltd. The transaction has been completed, expanding Sembcorp's renewable energy portfolio globally. This includes solar, wind, and energy storage assets under operation or development, which now stand at 9.8 GW, with pending acquisitions.
