Eletrobras to resume divestiture of Brazilian wind power SPEs in July

Brazilian state-controlled power distributor Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras SA (Eletrobras) is set to resume its divestiture of minority stakes in 44 special purpose companies (SPEs), mainly holding wind farms and transmission lines.

Eletrobas intends to close the transaction before the end of 2019.
