Element Power reportedly up for sale

Hudson Clean Energy is selling Element Power. The selling process is managed by Evercore and bidders such as SSE Plc and ScottishPower Ltd. are already drawn to it.

Element Power manages the operations of 146 MW combined solar and wind projects in Spain and Ireland. The company has a total of 3,308 MW completed solar and wind projects, 1,258 MW wind projects in development and 168 MW wind projects are under construction.
