Electrohold, a unit of Eurohold Bulgaria, plans to develop and construct a 100 MW solar photovoltaic project that will be located near the town of Maglizh in the southern region of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
The project, with an estimated investment amount of about EUR100 million (US$111.69 million) will be co-owned by Eurohold Bulgaria and Bulgarian renewables developer 360 Energy. The solar farm will be built on 127 hectares of land.
Construction of the solar plant is expected to begin before the end of 2023 with target completion in the middle of 2024.
