Opdenergy has contracted Eiffage Energia to develop the 50 MW Montesol solar photovoltaic project in Spain.
Eiffage Energía will be in charge of executing civil works, mechanical and electrical assembly, SCADA, and monitoring. Likewise, the project also includes the execution of a substation and an evacuation line.
The Montesol solar project will be built in the municipality of Canada Vellida in the province of Teruel, Spain. The project will consist of about 135,128 solar PV modules, eight 5.2 MWA, and two 2.6 MWA transformers, installed on about 112 hectares of land.
