Enel Green Power Espana (EGPE), a unit of Endesa, has started the construction of a 21.3 MW wind farm project located in the provinces of Teruel and Zaragoza in Spain.
The Los Gigantes wind farm will consist of six 3.55-MW turbines installed in the towns of Blesa and Moyuela. The project is expected to generate about EUR20 million (US$21.7 million).
Once operation, the facility can generate up to 62 GWh of energy per year.
