Enel Green Power Spain (EGPE), a unit of Endesa, has completed the construction of the 47.5 MW Asparagus I solar photovoltaic project located in the municipality of Guillena in Spain.
The EUR42.6 million (US$45.19 million) solar farm is designed to generate up to 108.5 GWh of clean energy per year which is enough for the consumption of about 28,000 homes. The project will be delivering power to the municipalities of Guillena, Corridor de la Plata, Santipones, and Camas.
