DIF Capital Partners has acquired a stake in VoltH2, a Dutch developer of green hydrogen generation facilities, through DIF Infrastructure VI.

To secure majority ownership, DIF entered into a strategic partnership with Virya Energy, a leading provider of renewable energy in Belgium, with VoltH2 founder André Jurres retaining a sizeable portion.

VoltH2 has obtained land plots and holds permits for two production sites in Vlissingen and Terneuzen. Both are expected to be operational in 2025. Moreover, VoltH2 is in the early stages of developing a third site in Delfzijl.
