Diverxia Infrastructure has achieved the Connection Concept granted by the Mining and Energy Planning Unit, ensuring the right to evacuate energy to the grid. This allows the company to continue the development of its photovoltaic project in Colombia that will have a total installed capacity of 240 MW.
The photovoltaic plant will generate 469 GWh per year, enough energy to supply 170,000 Colombian homes and avoid the emission of 314,150 tons of CO 2 (1) per year. With an approximate extension of 530 hectares, Deverxia is expected to obtain the few permits that remain this year to be able to start the construction of the plant in the course of 2020.
