China Three Gorges (CTG) and Energias de Portugal (EDP) acquired a 20% stake in the hydroelectric power plant project in Talasa, Colombia. The acquisition was conducted through Hydro Global.
Hydro Global was created through 50-50 joint venture between two companies, CTG and EDP.
The Macquarie Development Corporation is the owner of the Talasa hydroelectric power plant.
