CEE Group has acquired Obton's 44 MWp ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) project in the Netherlands, anticipated to be operational by the end of December. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The solar park is located on around 36 ha of land in Harderwold and produces approximately 45.1 GWh of electricity annually. It utilizes solar modules from LONGi and inverters from Sungrow. The site is owned by the municipality of Zeewolde.
CEE Group has 40 solar installations totaling approximately 790 MWp. The company signed financing agreements in October for 3 PV parks in Germany and Spain with a combined capacity of around 250 MWp.
