Ceara State approves environment permit for Alex Solar PV Complex

The environment council Coema in the State of Ceara in Brazil has approved the study and environmental impact report for the planned development of the 278 MW Alex Solar PV Complex. 

The solar complex will consist of nine solar plants developed over an area of ​​908 hectares (2,244 acres) in the rural areas of ​​Limoeiro do Norte and Tabuleiro do Norte municipalities, in Ceara state, Brazil. 

The construction of the project is set to begin in June 2020.
