Canadian Solar, Windel Energy secure approval for 350 MW Mallard Pass solar project with energy storage

The UK Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has accepted the Development Consent Order (DCO) Application for the 350 MW Mallard Pass Solar Farm project to be developed by Canadian Solar and Windel Energy.

During the pre-examine phase, the solar project team invites the public to review the DCO Application and consider submitting a Relevant Representation to the Planning Inspectorate.

Interested parties are invited to review the DCO Application and the information given in the Environmental Impact Statement and accompanying Application papers. After the completion of the registration time on March 2, 2023, all submitted comments will be made public on the Mallard Pass webpage of the Planning Inspectorate's website.
