Aventron AG signs engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) deals with Solarpack Corporacion Tecnologica SA for 2 ground-mounted photovoltaic solar projects in Spain.
The 2 solar projects are:
- 50 MW Bargas solar project in Toledo
- 50 MW Algibicos solar project in Murcia
Synergia Energy Solutions SL is the development partner of the solar projects.
Final building permits for the projects is expected to be released in early 2019. The financial close on the other hand is expected in the second quarter next year.
Aventron is now working to close the power purchase agreements.
