Aventron, Statkraft sign PPA deal for 50 MW Bargas solar park in Spain

Aventron AG has signed a 5-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Statkraft AS for a total of 330 GWh of electricity from the 50 MW Bargas subsidy-free solar park that will be soon starting its construction located 80 km south of Madrid in Toledo, Spain. The solar park is expected to start its operations in July 2020.

Aventron also hired Solarpack Corporacion Tecnologica SA as the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor in charge of the project.
