AustrianSolar obtains approval for the development of 141 MW Los Rastrojos Photovoltaic Solar Park in La Higuera

The Environmental Assessment Service (SEA) of Chile has approved the development of the Los Rastrojos, a 141 MW solar farm to be installed in approximately 175.5 hectares of land in the commune of La Higuera, Coquimbo Region.

AustrianSolar, the project developer, estimates an investment of US$185 million.
