The developers of the Cauchari II and III solar photovoltaic (PV) plants have announced the completion of the construction works of the two solar projects.
The solar projects with a combined capacity of 200 MW are developed in Jujuy province in Argentina. They are part of the 300 MW Cauchari complex, which was secured in the first round of the country’s 1-GW energy tender RenovAr.
The USD400 million solar projects are financed by the state-owned bank Export-Import Bank of China and green bond placement.
