Altus Power, Inc. has signed definitive agreements to acquire roughly 97 MW of solar projects in the USA for approximately US$220 million in cash on hand and assumed liabilities.
The largest of the solar portfolios consists of 88 MW of generating assets, and the acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions, which the company anticipates achieving in the coming weeks.
Altus Power has recently completed the acquisition of the remaining approximately 9 MW, and these assets are currently operating as part of its portfolio. These recently acquired and upcoming portfolios represent approximately 97 MW of solar assets operating in nine US states.
