Alerion Clean Power S.p.A. approved and finalized the acquisition of the entire share capital of FW Holding S.r.l. (FW), owner of two wind parks in operation, with a total installed capacity of 90 MW sites in the municipalities of Ricigliano and Grottole, in Italy.
The deal was completed through the purchase of the investments held by Winco Energreen S.p.A. (Winco) and from Fri-El; a 90% stake in the share capital of Fri-El Nulvi Holding Srl (Nulvi), owner of a wind farm in operation, having a power total installed of 29.75 MW and located in the Municipalities of Nulvi and Tergu.
In particular, Alerion purchased a 60% stake in the share capital of Nulvi da Fri-El and an additional 30% stake of the share capital of Nulvi from BBL S.r.l.
The value of the companies subject to the acquisitions in terms of Enterprise Value is equal to EUR85 million (US$93.79 million) and approximately EUR19.1 million (US$17.3 million) for the purchased share of Nulvi.
