Albioma completes acquisition of 31.6 MWp solar PV portfolio in Brazil

Albioma has finalized and completed the purchase of a solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio consisting of six solar PV projects in Brazil from GreenYellow. 

The solar projects have a combined capacity of 31.6 MWp installed across four Brazilian states and have are fully operational. Brazil's Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) has approved the transaction without restrictions. The contract is subject to other price adjustments and other clauses typical of this type of transaction.
