Advanced Power completes sale of 272 MW Cutlass Solar II project to Sabanci Holdings

Advanced Power AG, through Sabanci Renewable, has completed the sale of the 272 MW Cutlass Solar II solar photovoltaic (PV) project located in Texas, the USA to a unit of Sabanci Holdings. 

The project will be constructed on about 1,100 acres of land in Fort Bend County. The construction is set to start in Q4 of 2022 with a target commissioning by 2024. 

Once operational, the solar farm will sell the energy produced from the plant and the renewable energy credits (RECs) into the ERCOT market.
