Cobra (Grupo ACS) has completed the sale of the 100 MW Bonete photovoltaic plant to the Helios Energy Investment fund.
Watson Farley & Williams has advised Helios in the transaction. The financing for the facility was negotiated with a group of financial entities consisting of Banco de Sabadell, Kommunalkredit Austria, Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC), Nomura International PLC and Siemens Bank GmbH.
The project has been connected into the electricity grid.
