The Aconcagua Energia Group has acquired 100% of the shares of Orazul Energy in Argentina.
Aconcagua Energía Renovables SA (AERSA), a member of the Aconcagua Group, has purchased a 95% stake in both Orazul Energy Generating SA and Orazul Energy International Southern Cone SRL. Simultaneously, Aconcagua Energía SA (AESA), another entity within the Aconcagua Group, has acquired the remaining 5% ownership of Orazul Energy Generating SA and Orazul Energy International Southern Cone SRL. Consequently, the Aconcagua Group now holds complete ownership, amounting to 100%, of these companies.
The acquisition, valued at USD 9.2 million, significantly enhances Aconcagua's overall capacity to 832 MW, including 175 MW generated from solar and wind parks.
