ACEN to complete 160 MW wind farm in Ilocos Norte next year

AC Energy Corp, the Philippines-based development company, anticipates to finalize the 160 MW Balaoi and Caunayan wind power project in the province of Ilocos Norte next year.

The corporation is also adding the 70 MW Caparispisan II wind project to its portfolio of renewable energy sources. Construction could begin this year, pending a final investment decision. This wind farm is expected to be finished in 2025.

The schemes cost a total of PHP17 billion (US$304 million).
