The 80 MW Kroningswind wind project, developed by TINC, has reached financial close for the construction located Goeree-Overflakkee in the province of Zuid-Holland.
A consortium of banks consisting of KBC Bank, Rabobank, and NWB Bank will provide long-term financing for the development of the project.
The shareholders of TINC Development Partners (TDP) have raised equity financing raised on top of funds secured for the development of the project.
The project will feature 19 units of Vestas V117-4.2 MW turbines. The construction is set to be completed by the end of 2022. The energy output will be supplied to Eneco under a 16-years PPA deal.
Kroningswind Wind Farm is advised by Green Trust and BLIX Consultancy (technical advisers), IN.credible (financial adviser), and Clifford Chance and Halsten (legal advisers). The banking consortium is advised by Norton Rose Fulbright (legal advisor) and Mott MacDonald (technical advisor).
