FuturEnergy Ireland is a joint venture company between Irish utility ESB and forestry company Coillte. It is a leading renewable energy developer in Ireland, with a portfolio of over 1,400 MW of wind and solar projects in development or operation. The company is committed to developing renewable energy projects that are sustainable, efficient, and cost-competitive. It also strives to create positive social and environmental impacts in the communities where its projects are located. 

FuturEnergy Ireland has developed and operates several wind farms in Ireland, including the 261 MW Knockmealdown wind farm in County Tipperary, the 102 MW Slievemore wind farm in County Mayo, and the 82 MW Derrybrien wind farm in County Galway. The company is also developing several solar farms, including the 49 MW Ballyvourney solar farm in County Cork and the 42 MW Kilnamartyra solar farm in County Cork.
