Zenobe Energy Ltd plans to build a 50 MW battery energy storage facility in Wishaw, North Lanarkshire in the UK.
The construction rights on the site have been secured. The project is expected to be operational before the end of 2022.
Once operational, the battery storage plant can generate up to 640 GWh of energy over the next 15 years.
